On May 16, Juzhengyuan announced that the registered capital of Jieyang Company will be increased from RMB 100 million to RMB 500 million by equity fund to support the construction of Jieyang DaNanhai base industry project.
According to the capital increase plan, the company and Mengtai High-tech increased capital to Jieyang Company by the same proportion of shares 400 million yuan, of which Juzhengyuan invested 352 million yuan, Mengtai High-tech invested 48 million yuan, and the registered capital of Jieyang Company increased to 500 million yuan after the capital increase.
The Jieyang DaNanhai Base Industry Project consists of four sub-projects: the new material base project, the underground cavern project, the wharf project and the new material base supplement project. Among them, the first phase of the new material base project plans to build 160,000 tons/year acrylic acid and 200,000 tons/year butyl acrylate units, 1.50 million tons/year acetic acid units, 300,000 tons/year butyl octanol units, 980,000 tons/year syngas cryogenic separation units and supporting storage and transportation, public works and auxiliary facilities.
According to Huizheng Information, on September 2, 2022, the environmental impact report of Juzhengyuan (Jieyang) new material base project was accepted and announced. The total investment of the project was 15.60 billion yuan, and the construction of 600,000 tons of PDH and downstream acrylic acid and ester, EVA, PP and other devices. Before this, Juzhengyuan already had 2 sets of 600,000 tons of PDH devices in Dongguan. After the 600,000 tons of PDH in Jieyang was put into operation, the company's PDH production capacity will reach 1.80 million tons.
Jieyang DaNanhai Base Industry Project is located in DaNanhai Petrochemical Industrial Zone, Jieyang City. The main units of this project include 600,000 tons/year propane dehydrogenation unit, 300,000 tons/year polypropylene unit, 160,000 tons/year acrylic acid and 200,000 tons/year butyl acrylate unit, 300,000 tons/year butyl octanol unit, 150,000 tons/year EVA unit, 600,000 tons/year acetic acid and ester unit, 300,000 tons/year vinyl acetate unit, 760,000 tons/year syngas cryogenic separation unit (including 5,000 tons/year PSA hydrogen extraction unit) and 2 175t/h exhaust gas recovery units.
The project has an annual output of 300,000 tons/year of polypropylene products, 41,900 tons/year of acrylic products, 200,000 tons/year of butyl acrylate products, 30,800 tons/year of n-butanol products, 150,000 tons/year of isooctanol products, 388,800 tons/year of acetic acid products, 150,000 tons/year of EVA products, 270,000 tons/year of vinyl acetate products, 20,000 tons/year of butyl acetate products, 31,700 tons/year of isobutyraldehyde products, with a total area of 83.86hm2 and a construction area of 50,427 square meters.
